Improved French Prune - This is California's leading prune variety for consumer packs, pitted prunes and prune juice. The fruit is large with dark red to dark blue skin and an excellent rich sweet flesh.

Moyer - Blooms a day or two after French. Normal crops produced fruit that is large. Has dark reddish skin with heavy whitish bloom. Fruit used for fresh shipment. Harvests 7-10 days after French.

Tulare Giant - Ripens early to mid July. Produces large fruit, oval in shape and dark purple in color. Tree is vigorous and highly productive.

Sutter - Ripens early to mid August. Produces large, dark purple fruit. Fruit hangs well on tree with minimal preharvest drop. Stone is nearly free. Fruit dries into high quality prune with a fruitier taste and higher sugar content than French Prune.
